Certificate
Concrete evidence that BMAJ implementation has made continuous improvements in all aspects can be proven by compliance & suitability of the quality management system following international standards. BMAJ has been certified ISO 9001:2015 by MSECB for its quality management system.
Testing Facility
In an effort to maintain quality, BMAJ has an Internal QC Lab to ensure the performance/function of the products produced meets the required standards.

Leaking Test
Leak test on products that have been filled in bulk, placed in a container & closed
with a pressure vacuum condition of 0.75 Bar for 5 minutes.

Push Pull Test
Test the resistance of the hinge (opening and closing) on the cap (fliptop) with a standard number range of 1.5 – 2

Top Load Tester
The amount of mechanical force that can be received from above until deformation occurs.

Drop Test
Test the product’s resistance to a height (1.5 meters) when dropped vertically, horizontally & at an angle.

Inspection and Control
Apart from performance/function tests, we carry out inspections & controls in inline production & before the shipping process (packing).
